Preseason conditioning begins Monday, October 3, 2016.
These daily conditioning sessions will take place during 6th period and conclude at 3:30pm.

The NEW LOHS Spirit Wear is now available to purchase. This exciting collection of soccer wear has been specially selected for the 2016/17 soccer season. Select a training jacket and pants, polo shirt, backpack, game day jersey, practice t-shirts and more!
New for this year, your purchases can be made directly from our authorized vendor’s website.
EXTENDED DEADLINE: All orders must be placed by October 21st, 2016 to be delivered in mid-December. No exceptions!

Welcome Varsity, JV and Frosh Parents!
We will be having a mandatory parent’s meeting at 6:30pm, September 8th in the LOHS lecture hall.
Our girls’ soccer coaching staff will cover a wide range of topics in this meeting. From coach introductions, program outline, game schedule and practice times to spirit wear, fundraising and soccer boosters, you’ll learn everything you need to know about the upcoming girls’ soccer season at Los Osos High School. A Q&A period will finish off this annual event. Don’t miss out!
Team members are welcome to attend this meeting with their parents.
The Los Osos Girls soccer coaching staff would like to thank all the participants for coming out to our tryouts on August 24th-26th. Your dedication and commitment not only to the game, but to the institution was displayed with your hard work & perseverance throughout the 3 days. Once again, we thank you!
In addition, we would also like to congratulate all of our student-athletes, our Lady Grizzlies, our soccer players for making a team. Your work ethic and skills have earned you a spot – Congratulations! Please remember that being part of the Los Osos Girls Soccer program is a privilege and not a right. Continue working hard on and off the pitch. Your hard work definitely does not go unnoticed.
As we begin the 2016-2017 season, let’s keep working diligently, so we can achieve all of our goals.
