Los Osos Sports Medicine will be hosting athletic physicals on May 22 located in the Cafeteria on the Los Osos High School campus. The physicals will be performed by Kaiser Sports Medicine of Fontana and our athletic training program. Each sport has an assigned time their athletes need to adhere to in order to avoid overcrowding and maintain social distancing standards.

*These physicals are for incoming freshmen and returning Grizzlies.

LOHS Girls Soccer will be holding their annual Summer Soccer and Sports Performance Camp from June 5 – June 9 2023. The camp will be held at the LOHS Stadium from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 8th Graders, incoming 9th Graders, and returning Grizzlies are all welcome.

Come out and honor our Seniors on Tuesday as the Lady Grizzlies take on Etiwanda in a pivotal Baseline League contest.

The Frosh game starts at 3:15 PM.
The JV game starts at 4:30 PM.
Senior night festivities will begin right after the JV game.
The Varsity game starts at 6:30 PM.

After ending regulation with the score tied 1-1, Natalie Kamper ended the game in overtime with a goal into the top of the net to give the Grizzlies a 2-1 win over Upland High School.

The win moves the Grizzlies league record to 5-2.

Los Osos travels to Damien High School to play St. Lucy’s on Friday.

Mia Casey and Kayla Winebarger each had 2 goals as Los Osos blanked Chino Hills on a cold, crisp night at Grizzly Stadium. Halfway through league play, Los Osos moved one game above .500.

Los Osos travels a few blocks to face Rancho Cucamonga on Monday.
